The biggest issue with cyclic start-stop applications is keeping the temperature of the components under control. This often leads to a limitation in work per cycle or the cycle rate. Nexen clutch-brake combinations feature ventilated discs for optimal heat exchange and their high dynamic torque leads to the shortest load response times.
